Lucinda served on the Chiaravalle Montessori School Board of Trustees for nine years, including four
years as President during the planning, fundraising, and construction of the Leed Platinum North Wing
addition. She has continued to be active in her children's schools and in other non-profits.
Prior to retirement, Lucinda and her husband ran a software company in Evanston for over a decade,
producing form preparation software for law firms across the country. Lucinda worked primarily in
marketing and communications, helping grow the company into the market leader in its category.
Lucinda firmly believes that every child in our community has tremendous potential, but not equal
opportunity to discover or develop it. As a supporter of Y.O.U for over fifteen years, she's been inspired
by the impact the organization has on Evanston youth and their families, and its mission to close the
opportunity gap in our town. She's excited to serve on the Board of Directors.
Lucinda has a BA in Philosophy from the University of Chicago.
